Using RF Out on Decoder/Reciever (1 Viewer)

Hi,

My Freeview (NZ) Decoder/Reciever, has a RF In, and RF Out. From what I understand just from older tech stuff, is that I should be able to use the RF Out, to go to another TV and watch what ever channel the decoder is set to.

I use to do this with SkyTV, I had a long coaxial cable running through the house to my bedroom.

What I am trying to figure out, is how to use this RF Out with Media Portal. I plugged in the cable to my internal tuner, and scanned for channels, but nothing came up. I am at a bit of a loss, and cant figure it out.

Any ideas? Is there a setting I need to change? How can I test to see if the RF Out is actually working?

I plugged the cable into a second tv, and i could get a signal (after an auto-tune), of what ever channel the decoder was on. I still cant pick up that signal on Mediaportal. I tried both Antenna and Cable.
