Hello around,

I have a problem with VCD-Media. Could you please say how you manage them?
If I insert a media into my CD-ROM-Drive, I get a message: "Video Disc inserted - do you want to open it?" . If I klick on "yes", it opens the CD in the filebrowser of MP. After words I try to go to the MPEGAV-Directory and try to play one of the DAT-Files, but MP stucks.
Could you help me resolving the two tasks:
1. I want to resolve the problem, that the DAT Files couldn't be played normally.
2. I want to have the same comfort like DVD. That means if I insert the VCD, I don't want to browse to the files and select them. This would be inacceptable for me. Mainly I have a big amount of VCD and if this won't work this would be a big problem to me.
I read in the forum from a user which created some source to the SVN so that one could get exactly what I want, but it was rejected. Would it be possible to get that code so that I could build MP for me with that code included?

Would be very kind if you could help me.

Greetings

That would be very nice if it could be fixed. So I hope that it would be possible to start the VCD without navigating to that MPEG-Directories. This would be very nice. Because my wife is doesn't know how to behave with files. But she knows how to behave with CDs, DVDs and VCDs.

Can you please try with this one. Put file to MP root but backup original first. At least it worked here but need a confirmation.

I get crazy. This problem is solved with this DLL.
It lasts 3 to 4 seconds and it starts playing.
    Very very much thank you.

Would it be possible that after the question whether I want to start the VCD it doesn't start the file browser, but it starts the video player instead parsing the VCD-DAT-Files in MPEG Directory?

    That would be very great.

If have this problem too, with ISO files. Where MP1.0.1 worked properly, I now cannot play ISO anymore from My Video's.
Used external player (VLC) for this, but now it's broke...!

    MediaInfo.dll also does not work
    Any options?

    Thnx!
