you have to enable the display on MP configuration. Select 'miniDisplay' under plugins, and then in your case choose the 'Soundgraph IMON' display driver in the configuration. MP should then be compatable with the display.

*you may also need to disable the driver in windows, otherwise the OS will be driving the display rather than MP, but i cant remember exactly*

Could someone confirm this last bit about disabling the driver in windows? Do you mean disabling it in the imon manager?

I tried it as described above without disabling it in windows, but that didn't show anything other than the usual stuff on the vfd.

Are we all talking about the latest version of the soundgraph software, 7.4xxxx?

I have MP1.0 and use the iMon remote and I love it with the LCD display. I actually use the display A LOT. I play a lot of music from my library. Many people contribute to my library (375GB of .mp3's) and when a song comes up that I did not put there, I want to know who it is. My setup displays the info every 30seconds for 10 seconds. Bam - dont have to turn on tv. The other time it is a cool looking eq. Plus I have used to navigate MP to certain areas many times without turning on tv. Useful to me, but useless to others.

I did not disable ANY driver in iMon/windows when using miniDisplay. I just enable the miniDisplay plug in, choose the iMon driver (came with MP1.0 install), and tested to make sure all is well.

The way it works now:
XP logs in.
iMon takes the display showing its stuff.
Launch MP.
MP takes display over and displays its info.
MP Shut down releases control of display.
iMon takes back over.

I am using the LCD ver1 hardware. "Dot Matrix" LCD - two lines text with graphic icons surrounding text. I am using 7.4.0.806. This requires iMedianHD to be installed I think (ugg, crappiest sw there is).
