VGA to RGB (1 Viewer)

I just bought a rubbish cheap laptop off ebay which runs MP just fine, although I want to hook it up to my TV. It has scart and RGB, I saw adapters on ebay, but it needs a special type of output, Is there somewhere I can get one which is 100% it will work?

FYI: I believe this will only work with ATi-cards (not nVidia). (Just trying to spear you the trouble).
Also: The adapters sold have (in Noway) a reputation for not doing what it should.
