Okej, Okej, I admit defeat ;)
I must also admit I couldn't get hold of my TV:s manual yesterday since Samsungs website refused to serve me the PDF.

When using my HTPC I use 1360x768@60Hz. Using the TV card that receives normal PAL TV I guess the HTPC does a pulldown for me but when using my old DVD player that is connected through RGB SCART and outputting PAL I guess the TV goes to 50Hz.

With your nvidia card, it is possible to add a custom resolution with a custom refresh rate. Be sure that the interlaced gets deselected and select a 1366x768 with 50 Hz. Good luck, works briljant here.

SEALen uses D-sub where 1366x768 (at least with nvidia) is not possible. He's limited to 1360x768 or 1368x768 (the value has to be a multiple of 8). And his LCD doesn't support 50Hz over D-sub.

You are right I use DVI to HDMI, this allows me to add a custom resolution. I don't use the VGA (D-sub) connection, so can't test this situation. I always tought HDMI is more strict with resolutions than VGA.
