Same goes if I choose to play video on my smaller main monitor. It is smooth playback. As long as it is played on the primary monitor it is fine. I am not sure how i can fix this issue. I just upgraded the video card thinking this would solve it but obviously not lol. I have enabled Dynamic refresh rate in MP configuration as well but it doesn't seem to matter. Is this a known issue for Windows and running things in dual monitors? Any setting or suggestions from anyone would be great.thanks</blockquote>
