Try these three simple things in windows 7 as I believe it to be aero related. First, make sure all monitors are on the same frequency (I do this as a precaution, but it probably isn't necessary). Then right click on my computer and select advanced settings. Under 'Performance' select settings. Then uncheck enable aero peek and enable transparent glass.
