video\dvd osd or overlay??? (1 Viewer)

how do I change the overlay that apears when I hit he pause button while watching a video\dvd? what file(s) do I need to edit? All I want to be displayed is what is on the top, and nothing on the bottom. Just that top progress bar and the info that is up in that area.

Any help in letting me know how to do that (or if someone wants to just post an .xml that is fine too) it would be appreciated.
