Video files won't play, Tv works fine (1 Viewer)

Having issues with video files playing now.
This computer has been running for months no problem, now it will not play any video files, But it plays Live TV fine.
Tried:
a quick reinstall
Different skin (crazy to say but tried it)

Installed vlc on that computer and it will play everything just fine.

This happen starting at 6:42am 2018-3-1

something has gone wrong with the widths and heights. I have no idea, but hopefully this will help pinpoint it.

Fixed!!!
I have a Nvidia gtx 550 Ti,
What I did was a custom install, and cleaned out old video drivers.
