I assume this is a code issue, but not entirely sure. I first posted in the newbies section - but no response after a couple weeks. Hoping for more success here.
Some videos play back with a while digital noise over the video - live from a webcam, tuner, or playback. Others play just fine. I cracked open a good and a back wmv file with MediaInfo and don't see anything significant. See the trackback to the other posting where there is a small sample of what the video looks like.
