If it's in use it's surely because you installed it (VSFilter) so try to install it from (like explain above) and/or from start menu -> VSFilter.

I don't have it installed so i can't tell you exactly.

To install LAV X86 version, you need to download and run the LAV installer and just to be sure that X86 is checked
