Video Progress Bar in My Video functions differently from skin to skin. (1 Viewer)

While playing a movie......

In Blue3/BlueTwo if I click with the mouse wheel or press Y, the progress bar and the play/pause box are shown, if I move my mouse at all they disappear, unless my mouse pointer is already directly over them then they remain displayed.

In BlueTwo wide and Core Reloaded, the progress bar and the play/pause box remain visible when I move my mouse (regardless of where my mouse is), and I CAN click on the progress bar to adjust the current position of the movie. This is good, it emlimates the need for the Topbar but it does not work in the first two skins.

My wife hates MediaPortal for this simple reason, no usable progress bar. I would really appreciate help enabling this feature in Blue3 (or any other skins that my wife likes .
