video streaming solution (VOD) (1 Viewer)

hello everyone,


does anyone knows a solution, that provides
- a webinterface listing your videos (password protected?)
- a player, that can stream them on demand?

there are so many services around the internet, that provide such things
and i can't figure out any programm that would be capable of


i'm travelling a lot, so it would be nice, to get this done
