I have checked for any systray notifications (this sometimes causes it) and updated the codecs to the latest ones, but it has made no difference. If I install XBMC, I get no video tearing in that program - just MP 1.2.1. If it was a codec issue, wouldnt it also be a problem in XBMC? Any ideas what I can do to look into this? I am using EVR (always have) - would setting it to VMR9 make a difference? Thanks all! [/QUOTE]
