Hi,
I am trying to create video view using the field "watched". As a result I want to see all unwatched movies. I selected "watched" in the first column and then tried to use the operator = no and various combinations of operators and yes, no and "X" or "x". The result always is: no movies are shown, where I have over 200 in the database, most of them unwatched.

    AW: Video Views - watched

    Thanks a lot - I hadn't tried 0 / 1 before. I do not know, why.
Thanks again, it works for a simple list. But it does not work for a list like the following for genre:

I tried to generate a view like the standard "genre" view, but only show unwatched movies. The result is: only the genres are shown, but each of them is empty.

    Any ideas?

    AW: Video Views - watched

    Hi rekenaar,
thanks a lot for the hint, but this does not get me any further: as I had shown in my second post in this thread it does not work the way I had expected. It is possible to get a list of all watched or all unwatched files. But it is not possible to get a view like the original "genre" view excluding watched files. This is what I would like to achieve. I hope I have explained this understandably.
I tried to modify the original "Genre" view adding watched = 0 at different positions but it simply does not work.
Any suggestions on how to achieve this?

And thanks for adding Deda's example to the wiki, this certainly helps to avoid trial and error on how the watched flag works :)

    Many thanks.

I m not using video database views myself. Let's hope Deda finds time to answer.
By the way, I am moving your post to the video section.
