Viewing TV Logo's in TV Guide (1 Viewer)

Hi I hope someone can help, after 6 hours I am giving up the will to live, I just can't get the logos to appear in the TV EPG or Raidio EPG.

I have copied all the logos into the following locations

C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\thumbs\Tv\Logos

C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\thumbs\Radio\Logos

i have deleted the cache folder

i have reopened Media POrtal - no logos

My tv listings are retieved by xmlTV gui

I have checked the spelling of the logos

What am I missing?

Are they in PNG format? I think (but could be wrong) that JPG are supported too.
As long as they are PNG and have *exactly* the same name as the TV channel (but still end in .png), they will work.

At the risk of stating the obvious, does double clicking them cause XP/Vista/7 to open them OK? If the OS can't can't open them, then neither can MP.

Try putting MP in window mode but not "stay on top", then you can muck in explorer changing the names and navigate back and forth from the TV guide to other MP screens to pick up and see any changes. This is easier & quicker then opening and closing MP to see changes.
Also there should be a couple of MP-supplied PNGs in the logo folder, try renaming one to match a TV channel to see if that is picked up. It could be that the PNG format you have is invalid.

Thank you everyone for your help, I have finally worked it out. Because I am using Argus and FTR the logos are needed in the FTR directory not the MP directories. All fine and working
