Vista AERO won't run (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I'm running MP on Vista ultimate 32bit.
I want to use the EVR with vista. But if you want to avoid tearing, you need to enable the AERO glass in vista.

This is my problem: I cannot enable the AERO glass in vista; any tips? How do I know that the AERO is working?

specs:
780G (HD3200)
2GB RAM
X2 2350

If you enable the Vista Aero theme, you should see through any opened folder edges, the glass look

Thanks for explaining the AERO effect, but I allready knew that

The problem is I cannot get that effect to work/appear..

Click on Themes and select the default Windows Vista themes.
Next, in Windows Color & Appearance, ensure that Enable Transparency is checked.
Also ensure that 'Desktop Windows Manager' Service is set on Automatic.

Try above.
