Vista TV Choppy/breaks up (1 Viewer)

I seem to have an issue where playback is choppy and the picture breaks up on vista. On other machines that connect to the vista machine as the server, playback is fine. Any ideas what I may have done wrong?

I'm running vista ultimate with a pinnacle dvb-s dual sat pro card.

Much more info is needed. Fill out "My system" in User CP + attach logs.
Also: Using EVR?
