VLC PLayer play DVB IP program Eurosport, but MP TV server says that program is scrambled (1 Viewer)

See print screen from my PC. I know, that the porgram Eurosport is not scrambed, the same thing is for chanell RAI1, national geopraphics. How can I solve this problem?

They are probably detected as encrypted because TV Server is seeing CA descriptors in the PMT for those services.
You can edit the tuning details and mark the services as FTA and then see if TV Server will let you access them:
1. Select a channel.
2. Click edit.
3. Select the tuning detail (row in the middle part) and click edit.
4. Tick "free to air".
5. Click OK.
6. Try to watch.

If it doesn't work, you can tick "CAM enabled and present for this card" in the tuner settings to trick TV Server to allow you to see the channel.
