[Approved] vmrvideoplayer9 can't handle URLs (1 Viewer)

Hi!

If you have directshowfilter for URLs like mms:// or http:// or whatever and you want to play them through vmrvideoplayer9 it gives an exception while trying to check for some file based audio stuff.

Attached you'll find a patch.
