Volume jump after Fast forwarding tv (1 Viewer)

I have version 1.2.3.0 Mediaportal and notice my volume will jump to a higher level after forwarding recorded tv. After taping the volume down button, it returns back to were the volume originated. The up and down volume controls throughout the tv viewing. I will post my debug zip file. Please let me know what else I can supply you with in order to trouble shoot this problem. Thanks
