Update2: Now when I was watching Live TV from MediaPortal and started recording from FTR. It stopped Live TV but then I selected the channel again, it was working.

This is a known bug in 1.3.2 that hits people with more than one card and different channels on each card. It is already fixed in 1.3.3 BETA 1, it's purely a switching bug, if you turn TV off and back on you will indeed notice it's working fine that way. The public 1.3.3 should be out soon.
