PCIe dvb-c card, or Usb card for second tuner. No CI slot needed,
but if you are selling a good product like DD Cine/ Duoflex with CI slot
it can be discussed. Depends on price apparently.

Then I can put my old twinhan workhorse to second tuner and move Cam to new product

I would go with a hdhomerun, sooo nice with a network based tuner.
The model I have used for the last two years without any problems at all is HDHR3-EU, more info here.
