Watching live tv on my Xbox 360 (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone,
I had Vista installed on my PC but preffered XP's performance and all so I just switched back to XP Pro.

I have a tuner card in my pc for to watch and record live tv.

I used to use Media Center **Only as a connection between my PC and my xbox 360** That way I could watch live tv on the xbox 360.

Does Media Portal support this feature? If not, how can I watch live tv on the xbox 360 (with cable plugged in computer's tuner card)
