Synopsis::
I currently have my music collection stored as .wav files in the following folder structure:
"\[Artist]\[Album]\[Track No]. [Track Name].wav"
Using Album Cover Art Downloader, I have added a "folder.jpg" file to each "\[Album]\" folder.
The Shares view in My Music does quite a good job of displaying my music collection stored in this way, though there are two things I don't seem to be able to get to work:
1) When I play an Album and go to the Now Playing screen, the cover art is displayed correctly but no track information is displayed? Is there anyway to tell MP to get the track information for the folder structure and file names, rather than from ID3 tags (which i am assuming it is currently expecting)?
2) When I insert a CD, play it and go to the Now Playing screen, track information is displayed correctly, but no cover art is displayed? Can anyone offer a solution to this? ...
I understand that in most people's opinion, storing my music collection as .wav files is probably not the best option, but if possible, I would prefer to keep this format.
Thanks in advance for any help ...
