In Configuration.exe, under General -> Volume Settings, I'm trying to select Wave in Controls to allow volume control for SPDIF.

Keeps defaulting to Master for some reason. I'm not adding logs as I've been through them and there really is nothing related to this issue in them.

Anybody have any suggestions?

You're probably right, but I'd leave it up to the devs to decide. Please try to change the setting again and then include the MediaPortal and Configuration and Error (if there is one) log files.

As I say, you're probably right that there is nothing in the log to be of use, but there could be. And the guys that wrote the code are in a better position to make that judgement.

    Cheers,

OK, problem solved. All I did was change the Music player to BASS engine instead of internal player...
