Weather and RSS problem (1 Viewer)

Hi

Installed a new pc with XP Home. And the newest version of media portal.
All xp updates are done before media portal install.

When I search for a city in my weather config, I get the response like many others that there is no internet connection.

My news can't load the rss feeds I put into the config.

There is no proxy, and no firewall on ether pc or router (WRT54G)

Other plugins like Messenger and radio can access the Internet.

what am I missing??

Update... some rss function

Now i got some RSS feeds to work.

Can't load any of the Danish feeds that i want but asian links work fine. Im located in Singapore right now.

add to differet xml files. maybe someone can help me with the differense..

http://www.dr.dk/nyheder/service/feeds/allenyheder.xml (NOT Working)

can anyone test??

IE7 and rss

Hey.

After some time spend, I reformatted the computer and installed MP on a clean "not updated" xp. And now it runs perfect.

There must be some relation with IE7 and the way xp treats rss files.

Hope someone will look into this in the future.
