Weather Satellite images question (1 Viewer)

For some reason i'm having problems getting satellite images to show up under weather....i put in a url and nothing shows up...is there some 'trick' to getting images to show up in media portal...am i using the wrong sites?

Do all sites have to end with say a .jpg for the image, all mine seem to have .html or similar.

Is there a good site for US moving weather maps and if so how do i go about inputting the url into media portal....for example i can see the map on the webpage, do i put the entire web address in or do i need to somehow just get the url for the map itself.

does the mediaportal config in regards to weather/satellite url only recognize sites that end in .jpg? was wondering how to get a live action flowing weather forcast.
