WebEPG Fails To Import? (1 Viewer)

NOTE: SVN Builds listed under my system (left under avatar).

I'm experiencing the following two problems;

a) WebEPG-conf.exe does not import any of my channels
b) In TVServer, XMLTV states: "Import status: tvguide.xml:Invalid XML file:...".

My .xml file is fully populated & in the XMLTV folder...
