Ok, to give kind of an officiall statement now: I DON'T know what's in this installer. Which files, which version, etc. I just now that I have a version here on my computer which is absolutely nothing for the public yet. There are so many things not done after the db format change that it would be more luck to find something working than finding a bug...

So please be patient some more days, guys and then we'll hopefully release a working version...

I think I saved the installation and update files that I downloaded a little while ago (which work fine).

Maschine/Sam/Messiah.....do you want me to send them to you?

No thanks, we have the files :-D

We removed the BETA from our site, because we needed to get a more stable version done before releasing it.

Since the error we're all getting with the R4 installer "looks" like a path related subject, is there a quick fix that can be applied ?... Just to play around with things a little bit. I promise I won't b!tch and whine about bugs ;)

There is a version of MPWeb that supports SQLITE3 - Unfortunately the version on Mediaportal.dk available for DL has a few bugs. Amongst others the "path" related one - which makes the Webinterface useless as it can't find the Database(s)...

The version on Mediaportal.dk only supports 0.1.3 pre and lower....we removed the download of the BETA because we needed a more stable version before anyone downloaded it.

I've converted everything to use the PDO library which works fine for reading (having a few issues with inserting into the DB at the moment in that it just hangs).

Not sure if its any use to you - if it is let me know and I'll email it over.
