[TV] WebTV support in TV-Server (1 Viewer)

Can you add a fake tv card for use WebTV ( like radio card for web radio stream's) or update web radio card for support not only audio stream (in this time if i add a new web radio channel but use a link from webtv channel, portal play only audio track without video)
