Weird Install Problem - No Internet Connection (4 Viewers)

I am getting here a weird error message while trying to install MP
(this is true for 1.15 and 1.16Pre)

As seen, the computer has Internet Connection

Current installation MP1.15 Test- BD-J
Windows 10
Tried already to disable the Firewall (Norton)

I can't find any log files during install (at least nothing is created in the MP Log Folder)
I am reluctant to uninstall now my version w/o having an understanding what may be the problem and left w/o a
working version at all


Help would be appreciated.

Get same error message while trying different computers. (all Windows 10, though)
Maybe something on server side?

try again please. If you still have issues try to open http://install.team-mediaportal.com/DeployTool/ApplicationLocations.xml in browser for testing

Btw:
I tried to open the link manually.
At this time it was not working (Explorer automatically tried to open via https)

Still problem resolved.

I have this all the time with MP, but it is because I use SmartDNS for VPN, whenever I upgrade I have to disable SmartDNS for the upgrade to work.
