Hello,

I have a simple issue I'm sure it can be an easy fix. I just don't know what I am missing.

I have built a HTPC and everything works great. Although when playing a video, and then hit the back button to navigate the other menus while the video is playing, the arrow buttons on my MCE remote quits working. I have to stop the video for them to work again.

All other buttons work great. Hopefully this is just a oversight on my part coonfiguring media portal.
The whole remote configuring process to me is a bit confusing.

Also, Thanks to the media portal team for what you do. This is one great peice of software.

That is usually a codec\file type related problem.

mp4 for example, ff, rw do not work, skip buttons do.

Try another codec, especially if DVD navigation is a issue as well.

If none of above help, we would need more information on the video format the problem occurs with.
