What exactly is MyHome opposed to BasicHome ? (1 Viewer)

Being a newbie I have installed the StreamedMP skin and because I am using a mouse I get a black screen sometimes. In the StreamedMP thread I already read that that is to be expected and it is advised to use MyHome screen instead of BasicHome, when using a mouse.
But what IS MyHome exactly and how do I set that ? (In the StreamedMP thread this was already asked by another user, but there was no reply).

basichome is an alternative view to home, which gives you the possibility to either group your plugins or show just the essential plugins.
just press "h" to change between home and basichome and you will see the difference.

skins with changing backdrops in basichome have this mouse-issue. easiest way is to use another skin, or do not use basichome (although normally basichome is the "beauty")

Meanwhile I followed the advice, given in the mentioned thread, to merge Mediastream and StreamedMP and that works like a charm.
