I need some help with a recurring problem. I live in an area where we have Dutch ZIGGO in the Netherlands: network number 8888 , 514.000 khz en SR: 6875.
Every now and then ZIGGO changes frequencies, changes modulation or adds broadcasters. Since yesterday HBO HD 1, 2 and 3 dissappeared. There is no new xml file yet in the development section yet. How can I create a xml file of the transponderlist, or do a full scan so I can find HBO HD again?
Is there a special tool to do this easily? Your help is much appreciated :)

EDIT: I did a full scan after listing the available transponders, but still the channels seem to have vanished of the earth!

Hi Luke, since this is an English speaking forum I will reply in English. That's exactly my question: How can I extract the 33 transponders from the stream when I only have: 51400mhz Qcam 64 en Symbolrate 68.75. When I hit search for transponder list ; mediaportal finds 32 transponders, but NOT the tranponder with the missing channels.
Luke: the missing channels are on transponder frequency 618750. That is if you are living in Ziggo area 8888. So if you do an advanced scan on this single transponder you will find your channels. However I got this info from Leo, a fellow MP user and he got it of the web from a forum. I still need to get the tools and knowledge to find the new transponders myself, so who is willing to help me?
I will post in the development forum the new xml file for you so you can do a complete new scan.

I have just contacted ziggo, I hope the guy understood me, he promised to send me the transpoder frequencies for my network (id 1111). But that was half an hour ago, so we will see....

Maybe a n00b question, but where can I find your post in the developer section?

Its a good Idea to contact them: sometimes they are willing to send those details. But I think Ziggo changes frequencies on purpose just to annoy us mediaportal users! The post is here: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...o_thenetherlands-network-8888-04-2014.125439/

I know: I wrote network number 8888. Take a look here if http://www.dtvmonitor.com/nl/?guid=CD83A532-0EAC-B635-5EC5-E08C052FF65C
For your region 1111 you will find the 33 frequencies of the tranponders. Skip the last 3 on the bottom.
Edit your xml file manually in the folder C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\TuningParameters\dvbc\The Netherlands.Ziggo NID 1111.xml and change the frequencies to the one stated in the website. Beware that also qcam changes sometimes. Do a complete rescan and you are set :)

Thanks, allready found that. Going to try it out, but i think it's the wrong one: it's called ziggo Noord and i'm actually living almost on the Belgium border, so not really "north" ;-)

Just called ziggo back, because the mail didn't arrive. Sadly this woman on the phone hadn't got any idea of what I was talking about :-/

It depends: if you have networknumber 1111 you are in the zone :)
