    Hello !
I'm using MP to record TV and HD TV (French TV dvb-t) and i'm snooping over the web to find a software to edit .TS format but in HD quality ....

    Hi

I use VideoReDo, works well for edit but I use HDConvertoX for encoding any recording I intend to keep - find it more flexible than ReDo.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi,

Cypheros TS-Doctor works very well and it is really cheaper than VideoReDo H264 version.

Can you cut TS-Streams with preview before converting to H.264 with this tool? I only found tools to convert from TS to xy and than cut and trim it like ts-video-converter and Free-Video-Dub. (Free Video Dub can't handle TS). The tools use ffmpeg for conversion. It seems to be a GUI with a good parameter set for ffmpeg only.

Different point, but i think last time i used freemake, it only created burned in subtitles. That was a show stopper for me.
