I'm not sure if this is a bug in MP or specifically with the comskip plugin, or how it should be. I can't say I can remember trying to do this with previous versions. When playing a recorded tv program if you pause the show then skip forward a chapter the show does not continue to play unless you press pause again then press play.
Steps to reproduce.
1)Open MP, and select a recorded tv program to play
2)pause recorded program
3)skip forward one chapter with remote or keyboard
4)pressing play, program won't play
pressing pause, then play program will continue
