Hi all,

I noticed that the dvbt.xml is quite an overkill for the italian frequencies .. infact it contains ALL the possible existing VHF/UHF channel.
The complete scan is quite annoying.

So I edited the file with only the provider we have in Italy ... and it works fine (I can post it requested).

I would like to do the same for the analog part ... since the Italian part is completely wrong.
But if I tune using "Afghanistan" setting I find all the channel I need :p

So ... how is possible ??? I did not found sometingh like "analog.xml" to edit

Regards

Just for you to know ...
I've found that the frequencies for analog tv are managed directly by DirectX ... and so they are stored in the registry.

I will try to override the wrong frequencies with the correct ones.

AFAIK (haven't checked the code), TVEngine uses the default frequencies for the channels, but if you specify it in the frequency field in the setup, it will override the defaults.

You can do it by changing trough GUI, directly in database or exporting to a xml file and then editing it there.

    Just my 2 cents. :)
