The 'TV out' function if available is used instead of the 2nd vga, ie pc monitor and tv together.The 9250 is usually 2 x vga, and the 9550 is usually one vga and 1 dvi.If you want to use 2 vga witha 9550, make sure the dvi connector can take a dvi-to-vga adapter.
