I checked the database and site xml. It seems the timespan between the update of the site and the actual entry into the DB was 5 seconds. So whenever you download the published XML it thinks it is 5 seconds behind the global one, hence the "please update" dialog.
The fix is in SVN now (I will compare with a 1 minute span) - but you'll need to wait for a new Onlinevideos version (or compile it on your own).

btw: I'm pretty sure the author is forum member @Quarter. Maybe he will do something about the site
