Where is Message Plugin for MP 1.1.3.0 (1 Viewer)

I am wrestling with Streamzap Remote and EventGhost.
There are plugins in EventGhost for:
StreamZap Remote PC (Remote Receiver)
Medialportal (Program Control)

When I try to add Medialportal plugin a message tells me to install Message Plugin ... can't find it in MP
