Hello everyone,
I installed mediaportal on my XP system, I got a DVB card pinnacle 400i that is not recognized by default by the software. so i searched for a plugin that might help me with this issue, i found this topiq which is 2 years ago :

It suggests to download a filter and so I did, but the big question is " how do I use it " and " Where to put it "

I'm new to mediaportal so please give me a hand.

When you say "not recognised" are you talking about MP or the TV Server?

May be worth trying the TV server. It has better card recognition.
