Thanks for the tip. I installed FTR 1.6.0.0 and configured it to scan Astra 19.2. When the CI module was enabled and inserted, I could see signal level and quality near 100%, but nevertheless I always got a "No signal" message. I then pulled the CAM from the CI interface, to see services effectively being found. Except for my provider channels. Sweeping through the list of frequencies for 19.2 however, I noticed that none of the frequencies from my provider channel list are in the list. For instance, one of my channels is on 12721 ; FTR only scans on 12722. How can I update / alter the list of frequencies for this satellite ? What this excercise proves so far, however, is that my CAM seems to be making it impossible to get any signal through the tuners ? When I discussed this same behaviour with Digital Devices support, they came to the following conclusion : When I try a manual recording of a scrambled channel, I get the message "The service's PMT was not found". This is similar to the Mediaportal behaviour.
