which hardware for tv with mediaportal - pinnacle dvb-t stick possible? (1 Viewer)

I `ve installed mediaportal software.

But the problem is now, I get no tv streams. Why?

The hardware I have is a dvb-t stick from pinnaclesys - (since a few weeks or month is it hauppage).


Televisions settings are:

MPEG-2 Video Decoder - MPC - MPEG-2 Video Decoder (Gabest)
H.264 Video decoder - Funbox Video Codec Filter
MPEG / AC3 audio decoder - MPC - MPA Decoder Filter
AAC Audio Decoder - Monogram AAC decoder
Audio renderer - default direct sound device
Fallback de-interlace mode - none
default zoom mode - normal

Allowed zoom modes
Normal / Original / Zoom / Zoom 14:9 / Stretch / non linear stretch / letter box 4:3

Channel numbers
select channel by index (non US)
Show channel numbers channel numbers max. length 3

When entering the tv screen two parts are not activated.

Is there something wrong?

With my dvb-t stick from pinnacle i can see tv on windows media center, but the format is not comfortable - my dvd-player (Sony DVP SR 100) can`t read it?

sounds strange!

have a look in tv server config under;

- TV Servers
- "computor name"
1 DVB-IP ...
2 "here is where the tv card should be"
3 RadioWebStream

have u done a channel scan?
maybe u just did not map ur channels?
