Which mATX Mobo is best? (1 Viewer)

I have narrowed it down to 3. ASUS P5Q-EM , ASUS P5N7A-VM, and GIGABYTE GA-E7AUM-DS2H.

Basically I am looking for a reason to really favor one over the others. All three have HDMI built in with the ability to send Dolby True HD and DTS MA (although at a lesser bit rate?).

Please list your opinions, and if I should be considering another board.
