Which process' does media portal need for it to run properly? (1 Viewer)

I would like to know the name of the media portal process's so I can turn off things that I don't need running, my HTPC currently has 40+ process's running and I am pretty sure that I could turn off at least 15 but I am not sure if media portal needs these process's running
