Which TV card just works? (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,

reaching the end of my tether with my current setup. Bought a whole new PC last week just to run media portal and nothing else but the TV is giving me continous issues.

FIrst i had the compro t750 tv card and couldnt even get that to be recognised in mediaportal even with reading the tips on these boards.

So i chucked that and bought a nova T-500, which i have also had issues with and im very very warey about the problem of resuming from standby as the card is actually a USB device on a PCI board.

So which card just works? with every feature?

It needs to be PCI and dual tuner

if you have a Firewire port, go for FloppyDTV or FireDTV. That's where I landed after trying the ones from KNC and Twinhan. May be a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it. Not a single problem with them.
If you don't have a firewire port...buy a PCI-firewire card

do they come in dual tuner variety though? i cant seem to find one
