wierd Image in Now Playing (1 Viewer)

This is driving me crazy.
when I Play a song and then go to the now playing screen a picture is displayed that is un related to the currently playing artist. This picture will display for aproximately 20 seconds and then the correct picture will display of the artist and then after 20 more seconds the correct picture of the album art and then after 20 more seconds the same bad picture!.
It displays this same incorrect image for each and every song in my collection.
I have looked through the thumbs\music folders and I do not see this picture anywhere.
I am using version .2.3.0

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

I guess it could be related to the setting:
"Disable internet lookups for coverart" in "Mediaportal Configuration"->"Music"->"Now Playing"
But I'm not sure

Correct.
The log file would reveal that there has been one misplaced album cover or incorrect ID3-Tags. Therefore disabling the online lookups AND deleting that specific file(s) out of the subfolders /thumbs/music/... will certainly help.

Hey guys,
Thanks for helping me with this.
I have made some progress on this issue but I am still having some problems.

here is what I have done so far:
checked the log and deleted 2 music files that MP complained about.
disabled cover art look up in config.
deleted all the folders under thumbs\music
deleted database and re-scanned collection

This image still continues to show up for all artists!

I ran a tag editor (easy tag 2.1) and scrolled through entire collection of embedded art until I found the offending image. it turns out that it is Gavin Degraw, I don't know who he is so I deleted the mp3 file.

His image still continues to show for all atists.

re-deleted the thumbs\music and rescanned the collection with coverart lookups still disabled and the option to use embedded art checked.

This helped alot, now the corect pictures show for songs that have embedded art but for songs that dont duess whos picture is shown! yep Gavin. AAAArgh!

I could use a little more assistance if you can help.

I am thinking it might be some kind of default genre pic or something, I would be happy at this poing to just change it to something less iratating like a picture of a music note or disc or something.

There's nothing used for default art despite the skin provided generic images.

I guess it's a misplaced "folder.jpg" in your mp3 directory.

That image was in my music folder and named folder.jpg.

Everthing is working great now.
