When watching live TV on win 8.1 I get audio chirps and squeaks and blocks/trails on video. I have just had to upgrade after ;ightening killed my old HTPC. I had the old machine as a dual boot with vista and 8.1, but only used vista as 8.1 had these issues. There were no issues with the Vista based machine. With new hardware and OS, the glitches are back. I'm using the LAV codecs, and have also tried the Microsoft DVD-DTV codecs - no difference with either of these. Playback of video files work fine. Log file attached below - audio issues is about 5 sec in and 3 sec before end. Video issues occur randomly throughout. Thanks for any help.
