Hello NeilThe log files tell me that you have both the HID and MCE remote handlers enabled at the same time. That's a bad thing, because they can conflict. As indicated in the wiki, it is recommended that you should disable the MCE remote handler (it is removed in MP 1.13) and only leave the HID remote handler (which also handles MCE remotes now) enabled.
